| Terry has over thirty years experience in high level technical skill utilisation and training. Terry, in conjunction with HV Safe Pty Ltd, has spent the past ten years delivering competency training and assessment solutions to the high voltage electrical distribution industry Australia wide. Terry is also the owner and Managing Director of Artefact Systems Pty Ltd. Artefact Systems designs and produces specialist workplace instructional manual systems used by clients Australia wide and in New Zealand. The unique design of these manual systems, using a combination of photography, graphical and text elements, has revolutionised the way in which critical equipment operational instructions are accessed by key company personel. Terry and William Jamieson designed and developed the Catalys Assessment system. |

| William has eight years of database and internet development experience, focussing specifically on taking database applications to the web. William has conducted major projects for the Victorian Government, Mayne Limited, Text Media Limited, Suttons Tools, Very Special Kids and Spotlight Stores. William has been a major contributor to the infrastructure that underpins many of the Catalys key product offerings. William is responsible for the architecture and project management of major web application projects, business needs analysis, technical documentation and support as well as major web specifications. |
